These three children reminded me so much of mine . It was just like going back in time with my blondy girl, and her two brothers who are very close in age. The things that they pulled on each other were so familiar, that I found myself responding to them as if I were their mom instead of the photographer."Let go of her, now!" and "Stop poking him!" were very familiar phrases from my earlier years, and from the session. These three were really good--just close in age and very caring. It is good that they were comfortable enough with me that they would feel free to play tricks on each other. Thanks for coming, guys!

Brodie at 2
Brodie came in for his 2nd birthday photos. He has grown so much and is such a delightful little boy. Mom needed to get him in here, because she is pregnant with Brodie's little brother, and life is about to get hectic. The day we did Brodie's birthday pics, Erin was already farther along with the new baby than she got with Brodie--he was a preemie. We joked about her going into labor with this second child after the photo shoot like she did with Brodie--luckily, she didn't and the new baby is going to make it full term. Can't wait to see this new one!
Emma is one!
I can't believe a year has passed. When Christine and Chad came in for a maternity session, I just knew that this baby was going to be absolutely beautiful, because they are! And she has lived up to my expectations. She is vibrant, curious, and all girly-girl. So beautiful. She wasn't sure about grass, it felt funny on her toes, but soon she was playing in it like a champ. Thanks, Mom and Dad for sharing her with me.
